Leaving my corporate career was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made, but it was also one of the most empowering. I took a step back to focus on my own healing and began researching burnout—its root causes, its impact, and how to prevent it. This journey of self-reflection and learning wasn’t just about recovery, it was about creating a new, healthier relationship with my work. I set boundaries, learned tools for stress management, and found ways to reconnect with my purpose. Through it all, I regained my energy, my passion, and my joy for the work I loved.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women who find themselves in the same place I was—exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to break free from the pressures of their careers. Today, I work with individuals and organizations to prevent burnout before it becomes a crisis. My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies and grounded in deep empathy. I believe it’s possible to have a thriving, high-performance career without sacrificing your health or happiness. Through coaching, workshops, and organizational strategies, I guide women to build sustainable, balanced careers that support their well-being and allow them to show up as their best selves—without the burnout.
After over a decade in corporate finance at top firms like Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo, I reached a breaking point. The long hours, relentless pressure, and constant drive to achieve left me physically and mentally exhausted. I was caught in a cycle that so many high-performing women experience—sacrificing personal well-being for career success, thinking it was the only path forward. But eventually, it became clear that this was no longer sustainable. I couldn’t continue living this way, and I knew I needed a change.
"Stella transformed the way I work, shifted my mindset, and truly changed my life.
I jumped into Wall Street with everything I had, determined to make a name for myself. Working with Goldman Sachs was intense, and I loved the thrill of the fast-paced deals, the long hours, and the sense that I was constantly pushing limits. But as the years went on, the grind started to feel different. My energy was slipping, and I could feel it taking a toll, even if I didn’t want to admit it yet.
I reached my breaking point and decided to step away. I quit and gave myself permission to truly breathe. I spent time at home, reconnecting with myself, focusing on what I’d been neglecting, and diving into research on burnout. I wanted to understand what had gone wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. This time away taught me more than any job ever had and helped me rebuild with purpose and clarity.
Now, I’m committed to helping others find balance before they reach that breaking point. Through my coaching practice, I guide high-performing professionals to protect their well-being without sacrificing ambition. Seeing my clients regain energy and fulfillment has become my true purpose—this is the work I was meant to do.
