My Process

I also focus on boundaries; for many women, the path to balance starts with learning how to advocate for their own needs in the workplace. Another cornerstone of my work is creating resilience through self-compassion. I guide clients to release perfectionism, knowing that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of self-care. I work with each person to help them reconnect with their values, align their work with what matters most, and build careers that foster energy, fulfillment, and health.







After leaving the corporate finance world, I felt drawn to work that genuinely made a difference in people’s lives. My own journey through burnout recovery led me to realize how many high-achieving professionals—especially women—were struggling in silence, believing they had to trade health and joy for success. With a desire to help others avoid the pain I experienced, I turned to coaching.In my practice, I emphasize a few key principles. First, I believe in building sustainable routines that genuinely fit into each client’s life rather than forcing one-size-fits-all solutions.

If therapy or other support would be beneficial, I’m happy to help you identify those resources as part of a broader support system.

I understand that coaching is an investment, and I want you to feel fully confident in the value it brings. If you feel early on that the coaching isn’t aligned with your needs, we can discuss a partial refund or credit toward a different service within the first two sessions. My goal is for this experience to genuinely support your journey to wellness and fulfillment.
